Effective Date: July 7, 2026
Muezbiz users may request deletion of their account from within the app by going to Profile and selecting Account Deletion where available. The account deletion screen asks for confirmation before deletion is submitted.
Deleting your account removes your active Muezbiz member account and signs you out. Your login credentials and active mobile session access are revoked or removed.
Related member-scoped information may be deleted, deactivated, anonymized, retained, or handled according to database relationships, legal requirements, security needs, transaction obligations, and Muezbiz policy.
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law or legitimate business needs, including records needed for tax, accounting, receipts, fraud prevention, security, chargebacks, refunds, payment processing, transaction reporting, moderation history, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety enforcement, or protection of Muezbiz and its users.
Depending on context and legal requirements, content you posted may be deleted, removed from public display, retained for moderation or legal reasons, or anonymized so it no longer identifies your active account. Content copied, shared, purchased, downloaded, cached, quoted, or otherwise stored by other users or third parties may not be fully removable by Muezbiz.
Deleting your Muezbiz account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. You should cancel active subscriptions through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other relevant payment account settings.
Deletion may affect your ability to access prior purchases, paid content, receipts, Albums, messages, and account history.
If you cannot access your account or need assistance with account deletion, contact Muezbiz Privacy Support.
Muezbiz will process in-app deletion requests promptly. Some retained records may remain for the periods required by law, payment processors, platform rules, security needs, or dispute-resolution obligations.
