A Maker may create Collections and eligible digital, physical, or ticketed products only if the Maker is legally eligible and owns or has permission for all content, trademarks, media, product claims, performers, venues, and distribution rights. A Maker must give accurate descriptions, classification, price, availability, delivery, venue, age, and refund information.
Digital products are licensed for the disclosed personal use; they are not transferred as ownership unless the listing clearly says otherwise. Muezbiz can use authenticated entitlement and a secure handoff to deliver an eligible digital order without exposing payment credentials. A Maker must not use Muezbiz to distribute malware, unauthorized copies, or content obtained from a third-party service without explicit authorization.
Where available, a Maker can authorize a disclosed retailer revenue percentage for eligible sales. The maker setup and transaction records identify the applicable allocation base and deductions. Seller proceeds can be affected by processor or platform fees, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, currency conversion, and Muezbiz service fees. An estimate is not a guaranteed payout.
Muezbiz may calculate taxes using Stripe Tax for enabled U.S. transactions and may be marketplace facilitator where applicable. Makers must provide truthful product tax classification and required seller or tax information, and remain responsible for obligations not assumed by law. Makers remain responsible for lawful delivery, download availability, shipping, pickup, event entry, customer support, cancellations, returns, and required remedies.
Collections, products, marketing media, files, and tickets are subject to age controls, pre-publication screening, malware scanning, reports, and human review. Muezbiz may withhold publication, disable delivery, remove a Collection, pause payout, require a recall or refund, or restrict an account.
