A Subscription Album or paid-access purchase provides the disclosed access to a specific Album or digital content for the disclosed period. It does not transfer ownership of the content. Paid access remains subject to age restrictions, moderation, account status, and applicable law.
Only members who meet the applicable adult eligibility requirement can create, purchase, or access adult-only paid Albums. Muezbiz uses declared, verified, or otherwise lawful age-assurance information to apply access restrictions and can refresh an assurance signal where permitted.
For digital subscriptions or paid digital access offered in the iOS app, Apple In-App Purchase is used when required by Apple applicable rules. The purchase screen identifies the price, currency, billing period, trial if any, renewal, and cancellation information. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription management. Canceling stops future renewal but normally does not refund a completed period. Deleting a Muezbiz account does not cancel a provider-managed subscription.
Muezbiz can authenticate a lawful entitlement acquired on another platform and make it available according to the billing-platform rules and applicable App Store rules. The iOS app does not use entitlement access to direct a user to external payment where prohibited. A secure handoff or sign-in may be used to continue access without disclosing payment credentials.
Apple handles refund requests for Apple-billed purchases through its available systems. For other permitted billing methods, the applicable checkout, Refunds policy, seller obligations, and law apply. Paid status does not exempt content from moderation. If paid content becomes unavailable, any remedy is handled under the billing provider rules, applicable law, and the circumstances.
Creator proceeds are calculated from the disclosed base after applicable platform or processor fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, currency conversion, and Muezbiz service fees. The current Muezbiz service share, if applicable, is displayed in the setup flow. An estimate is not a guaranteed payout.
