A Subscription Album or paid-access purchase provides the disclosed access to a specific Album or digital content for the disclosed period. It does not transfer ownership of the content. Paid access remains subject to Muezbiz’s adults-only rule, moderation, account status, the applicable purchase terms, and law.
Muezbiz has applied for access to Apple’s Advanced Commerce API for subscription functionality, and access was pending as of this effective date. Therefore, an Advanced Commerce API subscription or any particular iOS subscription feature is not available unless and until Muezbiz enables it and the applicable purchase screen identifies it. These Terms do not promise an approval date, subscription catalog, price, renewal option, trial, or availability.
Only members who are at least 18 years old may create, purchase, or access paid Albums or other paid access on Muezbiz. Muezbiz applies its adults-only access decision using the information described in the Privacy Policy. Muezbiz does not currently use a third-party identity-verification provider or third-party age-verification provider for ordinary member enrollment.
For digital subscriptions or paid digital access offered within the iOS app, Muezbiz uses the Apple commerce mechanism required or permitted for the feature, including Apple In-App Purchase or, if approved and enabled, Apple Advanced Commerce API functionality. The purchase screen identifies the price, currency, billing period, trial if any, renewal, cancellation, and billing method that actually apply.
Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through the Apple subscription-management tools identified by Apple. If a future Android app offers provider-billed subscriptions, the applicable Google or other provider management tools and purchase screen will apply. Canceling generally stops a future renewal; it does not automatically provide a refund for a completed billing period except where the billing provider, applicable law, or a required remedy provides otherwise. Deleting a Muezbiz account does not cancel a provider-managed subscription.
Muezbiz can authenticate a lawful entitlement acquired on another platform and make it available according to the billing-platform rules and applicable app-store rules. The iOS app does not use entitlement access to direct a user to external payment where prohibited. A secure handoff or sign-in may be used to continue access without disclosing payment credentials.
For an Apple-billed purchase, Apple’s available refund and customer-service processes apply. For other permitted billing methods, the applicable checkout, Refunds policy, seller obligations, and law apply. Paid status does not exempt content from moderation. If paid content becomes unavailable, any remedy is determined under the billing-provider rules, applicable law, and the circumstances.
Creator proceeds are calculated from the disclosed base after applicable platform or processor fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, currency conversion, and Muezbiz service fees. The current Muezbiz service share, if applicable, is displayed in the setup flow. An estimate is not a guaranteed payout.
