Muezbiz is free to use for general membership. Paid subscriptions and paid access features are optional and provide access to specific paid content, features, products, or member-created Subscription Albums as described before purchase.
A purchase for a Subscription Album is for recurring paid access to that specific member-created Subscription Album. It is not a purchase of a general Muezbiz membership unless expressly stated.
The Album owner controls the Subscription Album, including the content and community presented in that Album, subject to Muezbiz Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, moderation rules, and applicable law.
Before you purchase paid access, Muezbiz will display available subscription details, which may include price, billing period, renewal terms, included benefits, Album or content scope, and any material access limitations.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to the payment provider or app store rules that apply to your purchase.
If you purchase a digital subscription, in-app content, digital service, or paid access through the Muezbiz iOS app, the transaction may be processed by Apple using Apple In-App Purchase. If you purchase through the Android app, the transaction may be processed by Google Play billing where required.
When Apple or Google processes a purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, receipts, taxes collected by the platform, and subscription management may be governed by Apple or Google terms and account settings.
You may cancel future renewal of app-store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund prior charges or immediately end access for the already-paid billing period unless the applicable platform or law requires otherwise.
The Album owner receives the majority of eligible net proceeds from member-created Subscription Albums. Muezbiz retains a platform/service share, currently 11.5%, subject to applicable taxes, payment processor fees, Platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, currency conversion, adjustments, and other permitted deductions.
Paid access does not guarantee that any specific post, file, event, product, Album, creator, or user-generated content will remain available. Muezbiz may remove, restrict, suspend, or disable paid content or accounts when needed to enforce policies, respond to reports, comply with law, protect users, or satisfy Apple, Google, payment processor, or platform requirements.
Apple and Google are not sponsors, owners, operators, publishers, endorsers, or creators of member-created Albums or paid content on Muezbiz.
