Muezbiz Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

OneHeart Enterprizes, LLC, 1564 Avenida de las Americas, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507 USA, operates Muezbiz. For privacy questions, contact admin@muezbiz.com or Muezbiz Privacy Support. This Policy covers the Muezbiz website, iOS app, social features, marketplace, Albums, messages, advertisements, events, and support.

2. Information we collect

• Account and profile: name, display name, email, phone when provided or used, portrait, member ID, protected authentication credentials, account role, status, preferences, and generalized region.
• Age assurance: age band, assurance source and status, and assurance timestamps. On supported Apple devices, Apple Declared Age Range information may provide an age range or age category rather than an exact birthdate. We use the minimum information needed to apply age-appropriate access.
• Content and safety: posts, replies, messages, products, Collections, Albums, events, advertisements, uploaded files, reports, blocks, appeals, moderation decisions, and security or malware-scan results.
• Commerce and fulfillment: orders, receipts, item details, amount, taxes, fulfillment, download entitlement, QR or ticket validation, buyer contact information, and shipping or pickup information when needed for a physical order.
• Seller, advertiser, and tax records: business and role details, campaign and product settings, payout-related records, tax treatment or exemption information, and support correspondence. Stripe collects payment credentials, connected-account, identity, bank, and certain tax information through its own interfaces.
• Technical and security data: session and authentication records, device/app/browser and operating-system information, diagnostic records, request logs that can contain IP address and timestamp, and information needed to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; deliver feeds, messages, purchases, digital access, tickets, receipts, and support; apply age and safety controls; process reports and appeals; prevent fraud; fulfill legal and tax obligations; calculate and display transaction taxes; process or allocate payments; maintain records; and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, create cross-app or cross-site behavioral advertising profiles, or use precise location for advertising.

4. Disclosures

We disclose the minimum information needed to the following recipients: Stripe for enabled payments, payouts, fraud, disputes, identity, and tax services; Apple for Apple-billed transactions and related App Store services; Makers or sellers for order fulfillment and required support; Retailers only for authorized store and allocation activity; event organizers or venues for admission or redemption; service providers acting for Muezbiz; and authorities or others when legally required or necessary to protect safety, rights, or property. Sellers may use buyer information only for the relevant transaction, support, return, fraud prevention, and legal duties, not unrelated marketing without valid consent.

5. Location, ads, and tracking

Members may select a city, county, region, or country for regional discovery. If device location is used to suggest a region, Muezbiz should convert it to a generalized region and discard precise coordinates unless a separately disclosed feature needs them. Advertising is contextual to topic, campaign setting, schedule, and generalized region. Muezbiz does not provide advertisers user-level impression, click, share, or conversion histories. We use necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, preferences, CSRF protection, and continuity. Before introducing tracking, push notifications, analytics, advertising identifiers, or non-essential cookies, Muezbiz will update this Policy, applicable consent controls, App Store privacy disclosures, and platform configurations.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. The active account and ordinary profile data are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 30 days after a verified deletion request; backups generally expire within 90 days. We can retain the minimum necessary records for up to seven years where needed for tax, accounting, payouts, orders, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, safety, or legal claims, subject to law and legal holds. 7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing, and may object to or limit certain processing. You can update profile information, use blocking and reporting controls, and initiate deletion in the app. We may verify identity and may limit a request where an exception applies. 8. Children and changes

Muezbiz does not knowingly allow accounts for children under 14. If we learn that an account does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will restrict or delete it as appropriate. We will update this Policy before material changes in data practices take effect and provide notice where required.
