The responsible party and available remedy depend on the item, seller, fulfillment, billing method, purchase screen, and mandatory consumer law. A policy or listing cannot remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests for purchases processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Request an Apple refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple available support channels. Muezbiz and Makers cannot independently approve or deny an Apple refund outside Apple systems.
For a purchase processed through Stripe or another permitted method, contact the responsible seller and Muezbiz Billing Support. Stripe provides payment infrastructure; entitlement to a refund is determined by the applicable checkout, seller obligations, Muezbiz policy, and law. Payment-method dispute rights can also apply.
Digital items may become non-cancelable after download or access begins only where law permits and the buyer received required disclosures. A remedy can be required for non-delivery, inaccessible or corrupt files, unauthorized charges, material misdescription, or other legal grounds. Sellers are responsible for physical delivery, defects, returns, replacements, and required refunds. Event listings must disclose entry, cancellation, postponement, relocation, transfer, and refund terms; a canceled, materially changed, oversold, or unhonored event can require a remedy.
Advertising fees are generally non-refundable after compliant delivery begins, but Muezbiz can issue a proportionate credit or refund for undelivered service or when required by law.
