Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of purchase, where the purchase was made, the payment provider used, the product type, applicable law, and any terms shown before checkout.
For subscriptions, digital content, digital services, or paid access purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, receipts, and refund requests.
To cancel an Apple subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, select the relevant Muezbiz subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
Muezbiz cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple unless Apple systems or policies permit Muezbiz to do so.
For subscriptions, digital content, digital services, or paid access purchased through Google Play billing, Google may manage billing, renewals, cancellations, receipts, and refund requests.
You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account subscriptions settings. Google refund requests may be handled through Google Play support or the Google Play order history flow.
For purchases not processed by Apple or Google, refunds and cancellations may be handled by Muezbiz, a payment processor, a product maker, a retailer, an event organizer, or another seller depending on the transaction type and checkout flow.
Digital products, downloads, streaming access, files, subscription access, or other digital services may be non-refundable once access, delivery, download, streaming, or use has begun, except where required by law, Apple, Google, payment processor rules, or Muezbiz policy.
Physical product returns, exchanges, cancellations, shipping issues, defects, and refunds may be governed by the product listing, seller policy, applicable consumer protection law, and payment processor requirements. Sellers are responsible for accurate return and support terms for physical products they offer.
Ticketed products and live events must disclose cancellation, postponement, relocation, entry, transferability, refund, and support terms where applicable. Event organizers or sellers are responsible for legally required refunds or remedies if an event is canceled, materially changed, oversold, or cannot be honored.
Muezbiz may investigate suspected refund abuse, fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations and may restrict accounts or access where appropriate.
If you need help identifying where your purchase was processed or how to request assistance, contact Muezbiz Support.
