A seller must be legally eligible to sell, provide complete and accurate identity, business, product, pricing, inventory, tax, shipping, pickup, event, return, and support information, and hold all rights, licenses, permits, insurance, and approvals required for the offering. A seller must not list prohibited, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, infringing, deceptive, or age-inappropriate items.
Muezbiz may use Stripe Connect for seller onboarding, payment processing, allocations, payouts, refunds, disputes, and identity or tax checks. A seller authorizes Muezbiz and Stripe to place holds, reverse or adjust transfers, collect amounts owed, or delay payouts when reasonably necessary for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, safety, compliance, or law. Muezbiz may use Stripe Tax to calculate tax for enabled U.S. transactions and may be the marketplace facilitator where law provides. A seller remains responsible for truthful tax treatment, tax registrations or information it is required to provide, and its independent reporting obligations. Neither Muezbiz nor Stripe provides tax advice.
The seller is responsible for lawful fulfillment, delivery, event admission, item condition, customer support, cancellations, returns, recalls, and remedies. The seller must respond promptly to buyer issues and honor mandatory consumer rights. A seller may not use a no-refund statement to defeat Apple-billed refund rules, non-delivery, defect, cancellation, fraud, material misdescription, or mandatory law.
Use buyer information only to fulfill, support, return, prevent fraud in, and comply with law for the relevant order. Do not sell it, create unrelated marketing lists, or contact a buyer for unrelated marketing without valid consent.
Listings, files, payouts, and seller accounts are subject to age controls, malware scanning, moderation, reports, and human review. Muezbiz may withhold a listing, disable delivery, pause payouts, require corrective action, remove an offering, or terminate seller access.
