These Terms govern Muezbiz websites, iOS apps, feeds, messages, Albums, Collections, products, stores, events, tickets, advertisements, purchases, and support services. By using Muezbiz, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Content Guidelines, Safety Policy, and role- or purchase-specific terms that apply.
Muezbiz is not directed to children and does not permit an account for anyone under 14. We use declared, verified, or otherwise lawful age-assurance signals to assign an access band and to apply age-appropriate limits. On supported Apple devices, this can include Apple Declared Age Range information; Muezbiz does not need or display an exact birthdate when an age-range signal is sufficient. A user must not evade, falsify, or help another person evade an age control.
Content and products can carry a minimum-age classification. Muezbiz identifies content that exceeds the app age rating and limits it using the member age band. Members age 14-17 have age-limited access. Private or paid Subscription Albums, adult-only content, adult advertising, seller payout onboarding, and other adult-only functions are limited to members who satisfy the applicable adult eligibility requirement. Availability can also depend on region, law, account status, and platform rules.
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, scrape the service, use unauthorized automation, interfere with security, distribute malware, or use Muezbiz for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing activity.
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Muezbiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, scan, moderate, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, fulfill transactions for, and enforce the service. The license ends when content is deleted except for lawful retention, backups, transaction records, content independently shared by another user, and completed uses.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for each submitted work, product, event, image, recording, trademark, name, venue, performer, and marketing asset, including required privacy, publicity, music, and model permissions.
Muezbiz applies pre-publication and post-publication safety controls. These include prohibited-content rules, age classification, automated text and media assessment, malware scanning for eligible uploads, user reports, blocking, and authorized human review. Content may be held for review, limited, removed, or preserved as needed. Users can report content and block abusive users with available in-app controls. Published contact information and the Safety Support route are available for safety concerns.
Muezbiz aims to assess objectionable-content reports promptly and ordinarily within 24 hours, with priority for child sexual exploitation, credible threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, and illegal activity. This is a response target, not a guarantee of final resolution in every case. We may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, disable downloads or tickets, pause ads or transactions, preserve evidence, and report matters where appropriate. Before confirmation, the applicable checkout must identify the item, price, currency, taxes, recurring terms if any, seller or responsible party, delivery or fulfillment information, and relevant refund terms. For digital goods, paid digital access, and recurring digital subscriptions offered in the iOS app, Muezbiz uses Apple In-App Purchase when required by Apple applicable rules. Muezbiz does not use its iOS app to direct a user to bypass Apple In-App Purchase where that is prohibited. Physical goods, eligible real-world services, and eligible events can use another permitted payment method, including Stripe, when the checkout identifies that method.
Lawfully acquired digital access may be available across platforms according to the Digital Content Access Terms and the billing platform rules. Access to a web-purchased item does not imply a purchase prompt, price comparison, or external-payment direction inside the iOS app. Muezbiz may authenticate entitlement and securely hand off an eligible digital order to the browser or app experience without exposing payment credentials.
Muezbiz may use Stripe and Stripe Connect for payments, connected-account onboarding, identity checks, payouts, refunds, disputes, and transaction allocation. Stripe services do not transfer Muezbiz or a seller legal, tax, consumer-protection, safety, fraud, or fulfillment duties. Muezbiz may use Stripe Tax for enabled U.S. transactions and may act as marketplace facilitator where applicable. Tax treatment depends on the transaction, location, product, registration, exemption data, and law; Muezbiz does not provide tax advice.
Makers and other responsible sellers must provide accurate product, inventory, shipping, pickup, event, return, and support information and honor required remedies. Retailers must accurately curate authorized Collections and disclose material compensation relationships where required. Payment processing is not an assurance that an item, event, claim, or seller has been endorsed by Muezbiz.
Ads require review, must identify the advertiser, must be age-appropriate for the audience in which they appear, and may be limited or removed at any time for safety, legal, technical, or policy reasons. Muezbiz does not sell user personal information or provide advertisers with user-level behavioral profiles. See the Advertiser Agreement for campaign conditions.
You can request account deletion through the in-app deletion control. Deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or another billing provider and does not erase records that Muezbiz must retain for transactions, tax, payouts, safety, fraud, disputes, or law. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable notice method. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
