These Terms govern the Muezbiz website, iOS app, any future Android app, and related feeds, messages, Albums, Collections, products, stores, events, tickets, advertisements, purchases, and support services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Content Guidelines, Safety, Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation policy, and any role- or purchase-specific terms that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Muezbiz is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to create or keep an account or use member features. Muezbiz does not permit accounts for anyone under 18. Do not create, operate, or help another person create or operate an account for a person under 18, and do not evade or falsify an age control.
Muezbiz may use the age information a member declares during enrollment and, on supported Apple devices, an Apple-provided declared age-range signal to determine whether access is permitted. Muezbiz does not currently use a third-party identity-verification provider or third-party age-verification provider. We do not require or display an exact birth date when an age-range signal is sufficient for the access decision. We may restrict, suspend, or delete an account that does not satisfy the adults-only requirement or where age information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or manipulated.
Availability may also depend on location, law, account status, product type, and applicable platform rules. Commercial roles—including Maker, seller, retailer, advertiser, connected-account payout recipient, or similar roles—are limited to eligible adults and can require additional information or approval.
Provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account use. You may not impersonate another person; create accounts to evade enforcement; scrape or harvest the Service; use unauthorized automation; interfere with security; introduce malware; or use Muezbiz for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require reasonable information to protect the Service, investigate suspected abuse, complete a transaction, or comply with law.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Muezbiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, scan, moderate, display, distribute, and otherwise use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, fulfill transactions for, and enforce the Service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, transaction records, content independently shared by another member, and completed uses.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, approvals, and releases required for every submitted work, product, event, image, recording, trademark, name, venue, performer, and marketing asset, including applicable privacy, publicity, music, model, and distribution permissions.
Muezbiz uses pre-publication and post-publication safety controls. These can include prohibited-content rules, automated text and media assessment, malware scanning for eligible uploads, rate limits, user reports, blocking, and authorized human review. Content may be held for review, limited, removed, disabled, or preserved as needed. Members can report content and block abusive members through available controls. Published contact information and the Safety Support route are available for safety concerns.
Muezbiz aims to assess objectionable-content reports promptly and ordinarily within 24 hours, with priority for child sexual exploitation, credible threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, and illegal activity. This is a response target, not a guarantee of final resolution in every case. We may warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, disable downloads or tickets, pause ads or transactions, preserve evidence, and report matters where appropriate. Before confirmation, the applicable checkout should identify the item, price, currency, taxes, recurring terms if any, seller or responsible party, delivery or fulfillment information, and relevant refund terms. Digital goods, paid digital access, and recurring digital subscriptions offered within the iOS app use Apple commerce mechanisms when Apple’s rules require them. Muezbiz does not use its iOS app to direct a user to bypass Apple-required in-app commerce.
Muezbiz has applied for access to Apple’s Advanced Commerce API for its subscription functionality, but access was pending as of this effective date. Until Apple grants access and Muezbiz enables that functionality, no statement in these Terms promises that an Advanced Commerce API subscription, price, renewal option, or iOS subscription feature is available. If and when enabled, the applicable purchase screen, Apple terms, and updated subscription terms will identify the available billing and management method.
Physical goods, eligible real-world services, and eligible events may use another permitted payment method, including Stripe, when the checkout identifies that method. Lawfully acquired digital access may be available across platforms according to the Digital Content Access Terms and the applicable billing-platform rules. Access to an item purchased elsewhere does not imply an in-app purchase prompt, price comparison, or external-payment direction where platform rules prohibit it. Muezbiz may authenticate entitlement and securely hand off an eligible order, receipt, or download between the browser and app experience without exposing payment credentials.
Muezbiz may use Stripe and Stripe Connect for enabled payments, connected-account onboarding, identity checks performed by Stripe, payouts, refunds, disputes, transaction allocation, and tax-related services. Stripe collects payment credentials and, where required for its services, connected-account, identity, bank, and tax information through Stripe’s interfaces. This does not mean that Muezbiz currently uses a separate third-party identity- or age-verification service for ordinary member enrollment.
Stripe services do not transfer Muezbiz’s or a seller’s legal, tax, consumer-protection, safety, fraud, or fulfillment duties. Muezbiz may use Stripe Tax for enabled U.S. transactions and may act as marketplace facilitator where applicable. Tax treatment depends on the transaction, location, product, registration, exemption data, and law. Muezbiz does not provide tax advice.
Makers and other responsible sellers must provide accurate product, inventory, shipping, pickup, event, return, and support information and honor required remedies. Retailers must accurately curate authorized Collections and disclose material compensation relationships where required. Payment processing is not an endorsement by Muezbiz of an item, event, claim, or seller.
Ads require review, must identify the advertiser, must be suitable for the adults-only Muezbiz audience, and may be limited or removed at any time for safety, legal, technical, or policy reasons. Muezbiz does not sell personal information or provide advertisers with user-level behavioral profiles. Muezbiz does not use individual members’ subtopic selections, click engagements, impressions, shares, or conversions to build behavioral advertising profiles or provide those histories to advertisers. These Terms apply across the browser, iOS, and any future Android app. Your use of an app must also comply with the applicable Apple, Google, device, operating-system, network, and payment-provider terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for member content, seller conduct, fulfillment, or disputes except as their own terms or applicable law provide. For iOS software, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the portion of these Terms that governs use of the iOS app and may enforce that portion against you.
You can request account deletion through the available in-app deletion control and through the web deletion route identified in the Account Deletion policy. Deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another billing provider and does not erase records that Muezbiz must retain for transactions, tax, payouts, safety, fraud, disputes, or law. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable notice method. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
