Please review our policies and agreements
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
Muezbiz is designed to support safer social, regional, product, Album, advertising, messaging, and community experiences. We maintain policies, reporting tools, blocking tools, automated checks, administrative review, and moderation workflows to reduce objectionable, harmful, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content and behavior.
Users may report posts, replies, events, Albums, Album posts, advertisements, products, profiles, messages, or other activity that may violate Muezbiz policies, applicable law, Apple requirements, Google Play requirements, payment processor rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or community safety standards.
Reports may be submitted through in-app report buttons located on or near relevant content or by contacting Muezbiz support.
Muezbiz provides tools that allow users to block or restrict unwanted interactions where available. Blocking may limit another user from contacting you, interacting with you, or appearing in parts of your Muezbiz experience.
Blocking does not replace reporting dangerous, illegal, exploitative, or abusive activity to Muezbiz, law enforcement, emergency services, or appropriate authorities.
Muezbiz may use automated systems, content filters, user reports, administrator review, human review, and other safety measures to detect, restrict, remove, or prevent prohibited content or activity.
Muezbiz aims to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and may prioritize reports involving child safety, sexual exploitation, credible threats, violence, malware, phishing, non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal products, fraud, or immediate user safety concerns.
Muezbiz may remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, block transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke paid access, reject advertisements, remove products, disable Albums, preserve evidence, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when necessary.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, illegal goods or services, hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, scams, malware, phishing, intellectual property infringement, false or misleading product claims, unsafe products, unauthorized ticket sales, and content that harms users or platform integrity.
When content cannot be published because it may violate community standards, Muezbiz may display a user-friendly notice asking the user to revise the content and try again. These notices are intended to protect users while avoiding disclosure of moderation-detection methods that could be abused.
