Muezbiz uses layered controls for user-generated content and commerce: submission-time prohibited-content checks, age classification, automated assessment, review queues, malware scanning for eligible uploaded files, rate limits, user reporting, blocking, re-scans, and authorized human review. Moderation states can include draft, pending scan, approved, limited, pending review, rejected, and removed.
Use the flag or report control on the relevant post, reply, message, product, Collection, Album, event, or ad. The report reason and optional description are recorded in the moderation case so authorized reviewers can understand the concern. One member report is recorded once for the same content case; repeated clicks do not create duplicate reports. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent practical, subject to safety, fairness, and legal obligations.
Blocking is designed to stop or limit messages and interactions from the blocked member and reduce their appearance in the blocker experience. Blocking does not replace reporting dangerous conduct or contacting emergency services.
Muezbiz aims to assess objectionable-content reports promptly and ordinarily within 24 hours. Serious risks receive priority. We may temporarily limit distribution while a report is reviewed and may remove content, disable a file, ticket, product, ad, or transaction, restrict an account, preserve evidence, or make a report to authorities where appropriate. A response target is not a promise that every investigation will be finally resolved within 24 hours.
A member affected by a moderation decision may request review through Muezbiz Safety Support. Include the content or case ID, decision, and the reason you believe it was incorrect. An authorized reviewer considers timely appeals in good faith; we may close repetitive appeals that provide no new information.
